We operate a 24 hour telephone answering service every day of the year - telephone number 01205-362424. Orders received will be confirmed by email within 24 hours.
Orders
The minimum order is 6 bottles (one case), unless stated otherwise. All prices shown are inclusive of Import Duty and Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate.
Delivery
Delivery will not be later than 7 days from the receipt of your order. Wines in stock will be delivered to your specified address within mainland United Kingdom within 48 hours. Our charges for delivery will be as follows: for orders under £500.00 the charge will be 10% of the gross order value with a minimum charge of £20.00 plus Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate; orders over £500.00 will be free of charge. Orders for delivery outside of the United Kingdom are subject to individual quotations.
Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Maestro, Switch, Mastercard and Debit Mastercard. We regret we cannot accept American Express or Diners Cards.
Privacy Guarantee
Your personal details will only be used by us to advise you of special offers and promotions. They will NOT be passed to anyone else.
Breakages
Any breakages must be notified to us within 48 hours either by fax: 01205-363653 or by email to sales@champagne-charlie.co.uk and we shall arrange for any damaged item(s) to be replaced free of charge as soon as can reasonably be arranged.
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our champagnes for 28 days. If any wine is faulty as a result of the winemaking processes, those wines will be returned to the vineyard for an assessment of the problem. In the meantime we will replace the bottle(s), or we will credit your credit card by way of a refund.
We have absolute confidence in our winemakers and their champagnes.

All wines are offered subject to availability. Where wines are not available, you will be offered an alternative. Descriptions and details of all wines offered are outside of our control and we are unable to guarantee that the contents of any bottle actually matches the description provided to us by the growers, winemakers, estates or vineyards.
