HOW TO PAY

At Champagne-Charlie we are concerned about online fraud and your protection from it. Whilst our site is secure you will notice when paying that we do not ask for your sensitive security code information from your credit/debit card. We will phone you to confirm this once we are assured your order can be met. This way we ensure you get the service you expect with total protection.

Payment can be made by Visa, Maestro, Switch, Mastercard and Debit Mastercard. The easiest method of payment is to use our secure online shopping facility by clicking on the wine selection to the left.

The following information will be required to order online:

• Your full name and address
• Your home and other daytime contact number
• Your full credit/debit card number
• The name of your credit/debit card
• The expiry date of the credit/debit card and the issue number (if appropriate)

If delivery is to be made to a different address you will also need to provide the full delivery address and postcode.

We will personally call you to confirm the three digit security code (CV2) code and to confirm your order.
